At The Witch's Moon, we want your sacred space to feel perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened ritual kits, herbs, and oils are non-returnable due to their energetic and artisanal nature.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our sanctuary.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
